Alison T. Feeley

Alison is an associate in McCoy Leavitt Laskey’s Falmouth office. Alison’s practice focuses on product liability, catastrophic fire and explosion cases, and general liability.

Prior to joining McCoy Leavitt Laskey, Alison worked at a mid-sized litigation firm in Boston, Massachusetts. As a paralegal while attending law school, Alison worked on a variety of practice areas including products liability, general liability, premises liability and personal injury. As an attorney, Alison represented a large manufacturer on a series of product liability claims in both state and federal jurisdictions around the country.

Alison assists Justice Bridge with the Volunteer Lawyers Program for Covid Eviction Legal Help Program as a pro bono attorney to facilitate legal assistance to lower income landlords throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Alison is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
