Rick joins McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC in an “Of Counsel” position. He brings decades of experience handling a wide variety of product liability cases, many involving fires and explosions. He was formerly National Counsel for a product manufacturer for over 25 years. This work included investigating incidents resulting from fires and explosions and, when litigation was involved, representing the client wherever the cases were filed. He has tried 75 jury trials in the course of his career. He is licensed in California and has been admitted pro hac vice in 20 states and Puerto Rico.
