Lauren M. Swol

Lauren is an associate in McCoy Leavitt Laskey’s Albuquerque office. Lauren joined the firm after graduating cum laude from the University Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. While in law school, Lauren honed her legal writing capabilities, serving as a Writing Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program and as the Senior Note Editor of the Arizona Law Review. She also participated in several moot court competitions, earning awards for excellence in oral argument and brief writing. In addition, Lauren completed an externship with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and served as a student attorney in her law school’s Natural Resource Use and Management Clinic.

Lauren was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and attended Northern Arizona University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys baking, reading, watercolor painting, and spending time with her friends and family.
