Lucas H. Wollenzien

Luc is an associate in McCoy Leavitt Laskey’s Ann Arbor office. Luc received a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Texas at Austin before attending the University of Michigan Law School. In 2017, he became licensed to practice in Texas, where he worked for the Texas Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. Luc served a leading role in dozens of investigations and lawsuits, including large multistate attorneys general investigations such as a $430M settlement with a major e-cigarette company. He achieved certification as an Information Privacy Professional/US in 2020.

Luc moved back to Michigan with his family in 2023. His practice with McCoy Leavitt Laskey is focused on defending property owners, contractors, product manufacturers, and suppliers in fire and explosion litigation. In his free time, Luc enjoys spending time with his son, watching thrillers with his wife, and playing tennis.
